First Lady Fazna tours Seychelles

First Lady Fazna Ahmed visits Seychellois National History Museum and Perseverance Secondary School during the state visit to Seychelles.

Minister for Education and Human Resource Development Jeanne Simeon received the First Lady at Perseverance Secondary School where she inspected the school’s infrastructure and was educated on the education policies of the government.

Later on, she was escorted to Seychelles Department of Foreign Affairs where she met up with a group of young women who are said to start their undergraduate soon. The first lady discussed the difficulties women face in the educational journey and ways to overcome such obstacles with the group.
