The daughter of the first president of the country, President Mohamed Amin Didi has passed away this Wednesday.
Ameena Mohamed Amin was the last surviving child of the president and reportedly passed away at the premises of her own home due to complications of a prolonged illness.
President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih extended his condolences to the family during a telephone call this Wednesday shortly after she passed away.
She is survived by her husband and four children: Ibrahim Faisal, Ameen Faisal, Farahanaz Faisal and Abdul Hameed.
