As the new academic year is starting next Sunday, most schools had been converted to single-session schools, said the education minister Dr. Aishath Ali.
Speaking to journalists, minister had said that 143 schools out of 213, has been changed to single session schools and that they are working on changing every school as single session.
It is one of the 100 days’ pledges to make audit for changing it. Dr. Aishath Ali said that their aim is to change every school in Maldives to single session schools within the five years of presidency of Ibu Solih.
