The Maldives wins three awards at the 26th World Travel Award 2019.
In the annual ceremony held at Mauritius, the Maldives took home awards for the Indian Ocean Best Honeymoon Destination, the Indian Ocean Leading Beach Destination and the Indian Ocean leading Diving Destinations.
In addition to this 16 different local business working in the tourism sector was given awards.
