State Trading Organisation (STO) has decreased their petrol prices once again.
According to the company’s announcement, the new petrol rate shows a decrease of MVR 0.01, making the rate MVR 10.13 per litre and will be effective from today onwards.
However, the rate of diesel remains the same at a price of MVR 11.97 per litre.
This marks STO’s fourth fuel price reduction so far this year. Previously they decreased the prices of petrol by MVR 0.26 and diesel by MVR 0.78 last month.
