Maldivian ambassador to China visits Vice President Naseem

The Maldivian Ambassador to China, Aishath Azeema, paid a courtesy call on Vice President Faisal Naseem on Wednesday.

During the meeting that took place in the President’s Office, the two discussed ways on bringing the two nations closer together and noted the ways in China has helped the Maldives to improve the health, education and tourism field in the country in the past.

She also mentioned the ongoing discussions with the Chinese government on improving other sectors and to increase tourism between the two nations.
