State Trading Organization (STO) announced the availability of two new units at the Male’ Harbor Food Court.
The unit 20 and unit 26, both 960 square feet in size and located in Izzuddin Magu will be leased at a base rate of MVR 53 per square.
While the bid proposals will be accepted till September 18th, the party that wins the bid will be required to pay a security deposit of three months within seven days of notification and also will be required to start operations within one month after the lease has been granted.
The chairs and tables used at the eateries will be provided by STO and parties are not allowed to bring any modifications to the premises without prior permission from the organization.
