Maldives records a 7th death due to COVID-19.
Health Protection Agency (HPA) revealed that an 89-year old local woman from HDh. Vaikaradhoo passed away at 6:20 am at Hulhumale’ Isolation Facility, raising the tally of COVID-19 related deaths to a total of 7.
Cases have been steadily rising in the country, with the total number of COVID-19 cases now at 1829.
