One of the largest food suppliers in the Maldives, Happy Market has decided to lower the prices of their products for the month of Ramadan.
In a statement released yesterday, Happy Market highlighted how prices always tend to go up during Ramadan, and the abnormal raise in prices this year. Hence they assured consumers they will do their level best to decrease and control prices of their products for the length of the holy month.
Specially prices of eggs and other various chicken products at their disposal will be controlled they continued.
Concluding their statement, CEO of Happy Market, Mr. Ali Ihusaan requested other trade organizations to follow suit and take similar actions for the benefit of the consumers.
