Bank of Maldives (BML) has secured a plot of land to construct an office building in Hulhumale.
On Wednesday, Hulhumale’s Development Corporation (HDC) said that the national bank had arranged a plot of land to enable the bank to expand its services in the reclaimed suburbs.
HDC Managing Director Suhail Ahmed and BML Timothy Sawyer CEO signed the agreement.
The building will be constructed within five years under the deal.
In the area south of Central Park, adjacent to Amin Avenue, the land was given from Hulhumale’s Phase One. The plot size has not been revealed.
