Maldives Media Council has begun a Journalism fundamentals course targeted towards new comers in the industry.
The programs is structured in a way to teach the basics of news and news writing to all participants.
Member of Media Council, Mr. Shifaz Musthafa speaking while inaugurating the program highlighted that the need for a program has been realized with the support received towards this initiative by the council.
He also noted that the program would be carried out in two batches.
