Aron Carter was accused and criticized for stealing a drawing by a Maldivian digital artist, Ali Shimhaq. After the criticism, Aron Carter deleted the drawing from his Instagram .
Brother of Nick Carter from the famous American band, “the backstreet boys”, tweeted saying that the reason for deleting the post is because he was accused of stealing the drawing of the lion and was bullied as well. He also said that he would sue everyone who bullied him and would also create a masterpiece of his own.
The digital drawing of a lion was made five years ago by Shimhaq. Shimhaq came to a realization of someone stealing his work was when a twitter follower brought it to his attention that it was stolen. Shimhaq then scrutinized and confirmed that it was stolen in his tweet.
In an interview with “Mihaaru”, Shimhaq said that he had a talk with Aron Carter and claimed that the drawing was done by him and that he never permitted anyone to use it nor sold it.
Aron is widely known for his songs back in the 1990s. He has released five albums and his recent album, “Love” was released last year.
