Battle against terrorism must be fought by the nation as a whole according to Minister Mariya Ahmed Didi.
She replied to a tweet of Maldives Police about the ongoing investigations by saying that it is the responsibility of everyone in the government to fight against terrorism. By doing so, and with the help of President Solih we can assist the military and the police with a successful investigation.
It is unclear whether the tweet was regarding the recent terrorist incident in Sri Lanka which has to lead to an increase in security across the Maldives as well.
