Maldives Association of HR Professionals (MAHRP) is to host the first ever Learning and Development Conference in the Maldives this coming August.
The inaugural conference – the first of its kind is an event focused on finding smart, creative strategies and techniques to meet the current demand and needs of L&D, challenges of today and ways to handle the future workforce.
The one day event is set to cover a wide array of topics such as; Global Best Practices in Training, Supporting a Culture of Learning, Redefining Learning ROI, Building Effective L&D programmes, Learning for Millennials, Strategies to attract Gen Z Workers, Retaining Top Talents and Successful Onboarding Programs.
MAHRP is the Maldives’s first professional association registered at Ministry of Home Affairs, devoted to human resources and people development. The association completed a very successful National HR Convention earlier this year, which gained a lot of traction in the HR community with more than 400 HR professionals from across Maldives attending the inaugural edition, and has already announced the date for a second conference which is to be held on Saturday and Sunday, the 14th and 15th of March next year
Registration for the Learning and Development Conference 2019 is now open according to MAHRP, and those eager to speak or participate are advised to email [email protected] or [email protected] to complete their registration.
The conference is scheduled for Saturday 3 August 2019 at Dharubaaruge – Male’City.
