Bank of Maldives (BML) on Sunday reports opening a new branch of theirs in Noonu atoll Velidhoo.
As per to BML, the new branch at Velidhoo will bump the atoll’s branches to three.
Moreover, the atoll will now boast three Self Service Banking ATMs as well.
In addition, BML’s registered cash agents are present in each of the atoll’s populated islands.
Furthermore, the bank aims to support the community of Velidhoo with existing Self Service Banking Center at the branch.
Moreover, this decision comes to support local individuals and businesses with various banking procedures.
“It is a delight for us to supporr the people and businesses of Velidhoo” bank’s CEO and MD Tim Sawyer said.
Additionally, Sawyer noted the expansion was a key part of the bank’s ongoing investment program.
Meanwhile, BML boasts the largest nationwide network with 38 branches across all 20 atolls.
In addition to this, the bank has 50 Self-Service Banking Centers, 115 ATMs and 277 agents.
