Discussions have been held by the Vice President Faisal Naseem with cabinet ministers regarding the development of human resources in the country.
In a meeting held at the President’s Office, the Vice President highlighted the lack of skilled employees in certain key areas and noted the importance of bridging the gap through focused training and prioritizing recruitment to areas with skilled-worker shortages.
He also further highlighted the Government’s efforts to increase employment opportunities for Maldivians in the country in order to retain more incomes within the country.
