Maldives Association for HR Professionals has hosted a very successful edition of the Great HR Best Practice Share Session, in Addu City.
The session was conducted in the Addu City Equator village with over 130 participants. Two keynote speeches were given during the sessions with one of them coming from the Head of HR Business Partner of Bank of Maldives, Mr Ahmed Ibrahim and the General Manger of HR of the Universal Enterprises group Mr Ali Adam. Both keynote speeches focused on solving disciplinary issues that occur in the work environment.
Furthermore discussion panels were held to identify and propose solutions and bring light onto issues and discriminations faced by employees in the work place.
Speaking to the press the President of MAHRP Mr Hussain Afeef stated that this was the first session the organisation has conducted in Addu City and this the beginning of many to come. He revealed plans to host such events across the country with the next event planned for Addu City being a leadership development program.
