President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih appoints four new members to the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).
During a ceremony held at the President’s Office on Monday, the President presented letters of appointment and the new members took their oath administered by Supreme Court Judge Adam Mohamed Abdulla.
The new members include the former Executive Director of Transparency Maldives Mariyam Shiuna who was appointed President of the commission, former Presidential Commission on Corruption and Asset Recovery Fathimath Anoola was appointed Vice President while Aishath Abdulla and Ali Ashraf were appointed members at ACC.
Prior to their appointment, Ashraf worked in various managerial positions at Villa College and Aishath was a former Audit Executive at the Ministry of Finance.
