Additional 5,000 Test Kits Donated by WHO

An additional 5,000 test kits have been donated to the Maldives by the World Health Organization (WHO).

In the daily press conference held at the National Emergency Operations Center (NEOC), spokesperson Mohamed Mabrook Aziz announced the donation which is to arrive this Monday.

The additional donation has come at a time the rate of infections have been increasing at an alarming rate in the country.

WHO has also previously donated 5,000 test kits for the country.
