Citizens can now request for their passport through emailing.
Anyone who requests for their passports with the required documents will get their passports within 48 hours, said Immigration.
Immigration had also asked for a paperwork proving the identity of the owner of the passport, while coming to receive it.
The address to mail the documents is [email protected]. They had requested to write the full name, identity card number and phone number in the subject of the mail.
Immigration is to open a call center on 25th of next month.
