Maldives Transport and Contracting Compan (MTCC) is to have their annual general meeting on the 8th of July.
Previously set to be held on this month, the meeting was delayed due to the complaints from the nominated board of directors regarding suspicion over the proxy forms.
The date was pushed back and now is finalized to be held on 8th of July, at Hotel Jen.
In the previous year, the board decided not to give dividend to the shareholders due to the fact that there was a decrease in profit. Details regarding this decision will be discussed in the AGM as well.
In addition to this, the selection of 2 new board of directors through vote will be carried out in the meeting.
