1597 Companies To Be Terminated

The Ministry of Economics ordered the termination of 1597 companies due to failure to pay the annual fees.

The Registrar of Companies finalized the decision on Sunday, under regulations which state that non-payment of annual fees will be terminated.

The companies being closed is from between 2002 and 2006, and a list of these companies is available to the public through their official site.

However, if any of the mentioned companies wish to continue operations, they are required to complete all procedures and inform the ministry prior to August 4. They are also required to inform the ministry regarding any debts or claims against them within the given time frame.

The Economic Ministry previously ordered the dissolution of 523 companies.
