Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) said on Monday, at the military training facility on Girifushi Island, soldiers will undertake a training exercise using live ammunition.
MNDF said the two-day exercise would run from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm beginning on Wednesday. At a height of 30 meters, MNDF added, the live bullets used in training will travel a distance of 3000 meters northwest.
