Manta Air will be commencing their newest domestic flight destination operations in December.
The newest airline addition to Maldivian domestic industry, Manta Air is set to commence flight operations to Huvadhu on 01 December.
According to their press, Manta Air will be operating their flights to Huvadhu atoll via Kooddoo Airport.
Recently, the airline was making headlines for commencing their seaplane operations.
For this, the airline has flown in 6 DHC-6 Twin Otters to date since October while the remaining four out of the 10-plane fleet will arrive in the coming months.
The game-changer airline will operate their domestic flight operations on a “pre-published fixed schedule with daily flights between Kooddoo and Male’.”
As per Manta Air the operations will “provide customers with multiple connectivity options throughout the day.”
While operations to Huvadhu is set to commence on 01 December, tickets will be available to purchase through their website and authorized passenger sales agents.
The airline’s CEO Mr Mohamed Khaleel spoke about the destination expansion and was quoted saying, “we are excited to announce the start of our services to a new destination.”
Mr Khaleel ensured the airline will stay true to its promise of providing excellent services through their flights.
Within just a one-year period of its operations, the airline has gone on to revolutionize the local air travel industry.
The airline is most famous for providing the first on-time scheduled service in the Maldives.
