In the occasion of Ramadan, President Maumoon Abdul Gayoom has released a book.

‘Heyokamai Thaguvaage Mahsaru’ was released on last Thursday night and will be sold for MVR50.

According to Maumoon, this book is said to contain essential information that every Muslim should know about Ramadan. The purpose of publishing such a book was to make it easier for people to find all the necessary information from one book.

It is also said to include poems about Ramadan from famous poets across the Maldives.
