Supreme Court Judge Abdullah Didi submits the cases of 5 Judicial Service Commission members to the police.
Police media stated that they had received the case in the form of a letter late last night. Currently, investigations and research are underway to see if the case is a criminal issue or not police media further added.
This case has been submitted in the wake of Judge Abdullah Didi’s suspension by the JSC due to a supposed criminal investigation being conducted by the police. However, both the police and Anti-Corruption Commission have denied that such an investigation is taking place.
The JSC consists of 10 members in three different positions based on their field of expertise.
